- Registration fee does not include VAT. VAT rate is 18%.
- All participants and company representatives require registering and the above-listed fees include attending the scientific sessions, congress bag, certificate, abstract book and entrance to the exhibition area.
- All registrations shall be finalized with payment. For confirmation of your registration, please send your receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail once you make your payment.
- To be able to enjoy discount rates for registration, registration fee should be paid before 01 November 2021 and the proof of payment should be forwarded to the organization secretariat via e-mail.
- Invictus Tourism reserves the right to reflect any change that may arise in amounts of taxes, levies and charges to the fees.

- Package price includes accommodation for three nights (check-in on 16 December and check-out on 19 December).
- Accommodation fee does not include VAT. VAT rate is 8%.
- Participants who do not buy accommodation via the organization secretariat and only registers for the congress but do not accommodate in congress hotels need to pay additionally for a 3-day package for them to be able enter the convention center on 17-19 December 2021 and to enjoy the hotel concept from 09:00 to 18:00 on these dates. Participants who do not pay this fee shall not be able to enter the convention center.

Cancellation conditions for registration and accommodation
- Any request for cancellation of congress registration and accommodation shall be made to Invictus Tourism and Organization Company in written.
- For any cancellation request to be made not later than 01 August 2021, refund shall be made after banking costs and one-night payment deduction per room are charged.
- For any cancellation request to be made later than 01 August 2021, no refund shall apply. Name change will be possible until 01 November 2021 at the latest. For any change to be made after this date, Turkish Society of Cardiology and Invictus Tourism Co. shall not accept any responsibility.
- All refunds shall be made after the Congress.
